"I Have a Dream." - Hockey in the Hood III

"I have a dream that one day ... little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers." On February 16-18th in Detroit, the spirit of these words from Martin Luther King, Jr. will be alive at Hockey in the Hood III.
While hockey players don't necessarily "join hands" there will be plenty of high-fives and hard checks at Jack Adams Arena in Detroit. This third annual tournament breaks down stereotypes and brings diverse inner-city teams together for a tournament that is capped off by the presentation of the Willie O'Ree championship trophy. O'Ree broke the color barrier as the first black player in the NHL back in 1958.
Admission to this tournament if free. Come out and live the dream!
