- Unplug the base station.
- Remove the battery cover on the bottom of the device using a Phillips-head screwdriver.
- Remove one battery for at least 10–15 seconds before putting it back in.
- Put the battery cover back on.
- Plug the base station in and wait a minute or two for a new connection.
Simply unplug the power cord to your Base Station and, while unplugged, remove a battery (you’ll need a screwdriver to get to the battery compartment). Wait a few seconds, and then put the battery back in and plug in the power cord – the Base Station will then come back on.
Open the “battery door” with a screwdriver and remove the batteries within the battery compartment. Hold on for about 30-45 seconds. Plug the base back into the “wall socket”. Now, “replace” the batteries removed from the base station.

Follow the below instructions to pair your keypad to your base station. If you own a second keypad: Press “menu” on the second Keypad, and enter your Master PIN. Choose “Devices” and then scroll down to the Keypad issuing the error.
