- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen.

- Tap the card you’d like to remove and then select “Delete”
When clients book an appointment with you, they’ll enter a credit card to hold their spot. You can choose to require an upfront deposit or let StyleSeat charge them automatically after the appointment.

- Tap “Submit”, and you’ll see a summary of the refund details:
- Refund a Late Cancellation Fee. Go to “Clients” and search for the client’s name. Find their appointment. Click on the “Refund” button below the appointment.
New Client Delivery is a program that connects Professionals to new Clients. When StyleSeat connects you with a new Client through this program, StyleSeat will charge you 50% of your advertised service cost for that appointment (the “New Client Delivery Fee”), up to a maximum of $50 per new Client.
- Select the appointment from your StyleSeat Calendar.
- Select “Checkout Now”
- Either Confirm or Edit the details of the appointment.
- Click “NEXT”
- Click “Charge $”
- Hover over your “My Settings” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Choose “My Appointments” from the drop-down.
- Click on the appointment you want to cancel.
- On the window that pops up, just click “Cancel” and confirm.
When you charge a client’s credit card, they might choose to file a complaint with their bank to dispute the charge. Their bank will investigate the complaint and StyleSeat will send you an email letting you know the investigation is in progress.

Clients CANNOT delete a review, but they can edit an existing one within 30 days of the appointment. Clients can either leave only a star rating or include a written review as well.

You can always disable this feature from a specific appointment by clicking the disable link within the appointment details. This will revert the price to the original amount, and remove all mention of Smart Pricing from the appointment.

Instead of cancelling your appointment, reschedule for a better time. This can be done in the my appointments page. If you are unsure about when to reschedule, purchase a gift card. This feature is available on the pros profile in the services section.
When you book clients on your StyleSeat calendar, they will automatically receive a booking confirmation through email or text (depending on your preferences.) And, they’ll get an automatic appointment reminder 48 before the appointment time.

If in a given calendar year your payments through the Services meet the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) or state taxing authority thresholds for required reporting, StyleSeat will report your User Tax Information annually to the IRS or other governing authority, as required by law.
