What is Asana2Go?

Please note the print feature currently doesn’t include the custom fields color and the same layout that you see in Asana. In this case, you can try using Asana2Go!

Advanced Search is the best way to find information in Asana. With Advanced Search, you can run a search based on criteria like who a task is assigned to, which project the task lives in, and when it is due. Once you’ve run an Advanced Search, you can save that information as a report.

Step 1: Log in to Asana, and open the project that you want to export. Step 2: Click on the Project Actions menu. Step 3: Once you are in the menu, click on the drop-down arrow, click on Export, and then CSV.

If you use the project actions menu from a Board and select Print from there, you will get a formatted print with the cards broken down by column.

Dashboard in Asana is a data dashboard that displays key performance indicators relating to specific projects.

2. Next, within the dropdown menu, select the Export/Print option.

2. From the project header, click the dropdown arrow to access the project actions menu.
3. Hover over the Export option, then select Sync to Calendar.
4. From the Sync to Calendar popup window, highlight and copy the entire link found in the Google Calendar tab.
